Welcome to Dr. med. Stefan Kralev Cardiology & Internal Medicine Individual Supervision

Subject of the habilitation treatise: “New diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to patients in the acute phase of ST - elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI)." Activities in the field of teaching since 2002: Clinical examination courses, internships, PJ seminars, lectures, supervision and PhD completion by 8 postgraduate students. In addition, I teach doctors on cardiac catheterisation simulators (Intus Würzburg).

As a member of the German Society for Cardiology (DGK) and the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), my focus is on classic diagnosis and treatment of all cardiac diseases as well as on preventive counselling and prevention of myocardial infarction and prophylaxis of myocardial infarction and strokes. All services that I provide (including imaging) are documented on CD and made available to my patients. My specialty lies in invasive cardiology.

Numerous English-language publications as first author in international scientific journals, with focus on acute myocardial infarction and stent implantation. In addition, many conference contributions (posters and lectures) at national and international congresses. For patients at risk, so that they act optimally even before the arrival of an emergency physician – a "pill in the pocket" approach to improve pre-hospital therapy of patients with acute coronary syndrome.

Extensive experience in cardiac catheterisation in acute coronary syndromes with more than 3,000 cardiac catheterisation examinations since 2012. Further successful development, structuring and establishment of 24-hour/365-day call-service systems for acute heart attacks. Structuring of the associated alerting chains and optimisation of investigation processes for patients. As a member of the European Bifurcation Club (EBC), I am also qualified with regard to bifurcations and CTO (recanalisation of chronic occlusions).

The demand for treatment with fillers and Botox is increasing significantly. As a certified practitioner in accordance with the criteria of the Deutschen Gesellschaft für Botulinumtoxin Therapie (DGBT), it is my treatment goal to retain a patient’s own facial expressions and achieve optimal results in multiple treatment steps without overdosing.

Our goal is full satisfaction or our patients – the patient determines the time required and the location of the treatment itself. In treatment that is customised as much as possible, prices depend on complexity and pre-determined agreements.
